The difference between Retail/Sneaker ISPs and Ticket ISPs lies in their target websites. Retail/Sneaker ISPs are optimized for Shopify (non-PP), retail websites, and more. Ticket ISPs, however, are versatile and work on all platforms, including Ticketmaster. Note that Shopify PP compatibility is not guaranteed with either ISP type.
